By tracking investigation outcomes, such as actions and recommendations, we provide site-specific performance insights, enabling proactive safety measures. one of the world's biggest organization used this and for a lot of tracking in their health and safety improvement .
Additionally, our analysis of existing health and safety procedures, including safety walks and observations, revealed a reactive approach rather than a proactive one. Through our findings, we recommended optimizing these processes for better effectiveness and earlier intervention.
Since the launch of our project in August, we have witnessed a significant decrease in health and safety incidents within the company, showcasing the tangible positive impact of our data-driven approach.
